Low Speed Diamond Saw

Metallographic Sectioning is an essential step in the preparation process. Although general saws or dry cutting machines can achieve the cutting effect, they will require more time in the subsequent grinding and polishing processes.

The Precision Diamond Saw not only incorporates the core design of the Metallographic Cutting Machine—which aims to reduce thermal and physical damage—but is also specifically used for cutting smaller or more precise samples, as well as materials with varying hardness and brittleness.

The TopTech Metallographic Cutting Series, independently developed by TopTech, is primarily divided into Precision Cutting Machine and Precision Diamond Saw. Additionally, the series includes a Dual Spindles Automatic Cutting Machine suitable for long sample materials, meeting the cutting needs of various materials and samples.

The Precision Diamond Saw is equipped with a laser alignment device and utilizes Diamond Blades with excellent hardness and wear resistance, enabling rapid and precise cutting of materials with varying hardness levels. This series offers three major cutting modes: gravity cutting, feeding wheel cutting, and platform cutting. Under conditions where high precision and parallelism are strictly required, it can deliver highly efficient and accurate cutting results.

For the selection of cutting blades in Precision Diamond Saws, commonly used options include CBN Blades and Diamond Blades. Choosing the appropriate consumables based on the material characteristics ensures cutting quality.

With over 30 years of R&D experience, TopTech is committed to designing and manufacturing the TopTech Metallographic Cutting Series equipment used in industries such as semiconductors, electronic components, metal materials, and heat treatment.
